About Me

Hello there, welcome to Hidden Gem Massage Therapy.  My name is Kelsey Shea and I am a professional certified massage therapist working in Sacramento, California.  I graduated from the National Holistic Institute a College of Massage Therapy in 2014 with professional training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Trigger Point massage.  I also incorporate some Eastern modalities in my work, including Acupressure and energy work when needed.  I have anatomical and kinesthetic knowledge of the human body as well.

I acquired professional experience on the public through working at Massage Envy and Spa Lale at the Westin, giving  massages with a variety of techniques.  I also gained professional experience on the public at the National Holistic Institute's teaching clinic, where I provided either a 50 minute or 100 minute Swedish or Shiatsu massage.  I gained more professional experience while providing massage as an extern to massage therapists and front desk associates at another Massage Envy location.  In addition, I was also an extern at the Wounded Warriors Air Force Base in McClellan providing massages to returned soldiers.
